I’ve been writing approachable, healthy recipes for over a decade. As a registered dietitian nutritionist, I support nourishing your body with foods you love – and that includes smoothies! And while your smoothies don’t need to be sugar bombs that don’t leave you feeling your best, they also don’t need to taste like grass and be something you force down. We’re all about nourishing AND satisfying smoothies, here!
